Key Responsibilities Hotel Acquisition & Market Expansion Acquire hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, boutique hotels, and homestays across Bangladesh. Build and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality partners. Conduct product presentations and commercial negotiations. Close subscription and partnership agreements. Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Sell MyTravaly PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Marketplace Distribution, and Advertising Solutions. Generate recurring subscription revenue. Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, directors, and general managers. Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term retention. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Market Intelligence Monitor OTA, PMS, and hospitality technology trends. Track competitor activities and pricing strategies. Provide market feedback to management. Partner Success Coordinate onboarding and activation of newly signed properties. Ensure partners actively use MyTravaly products and services. Support hotels in improving occupancy and direct bookings. Requirements Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. 3–8 years of B2B Sales, OTA Sales, Hospitality Sales, Travel Technology Sales, or SaaS Sales. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent English communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh. Preferred Experience with hotel technology companies. Existing network of hotel owners and hospitality decision-makers. Experience working with PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTA, or travel platforms.
