Own and continuously improve the global supply planning process as a strategic input to the S&OP cycle.
Translate demand forecasts into executable supply, capacity, procurement, and inventory plans.
Develop and maintain integrated supply scenarios, capacity outlooks, and inventory strategies.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, R&D, Demand Planning, and S&OP stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and communicate supply constraints, capacity risks, procurement challenges, inventory exposure, and optimization opportunities.
Prepare executive-level analyses, business cases, and decision recommendations for Supply Reviews and S&OP forums.
Define and govern global supply planning standards, methodologies, KPI frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Lead planning maturity, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Drive transparency and informed decision-making through scenario modelling and data-driven insights.
Support the development of digital planning capabilities, automation, and AI-enabled planning approaches.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, Production Planning, Procurement Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, or related functions.
Proven experience facilitating and governing cross-functional planning processes in a complex business environment.
Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) methodologies.
Solid experience with capacity planning, inventory optimization, procurement forecasting, scenario modelling, and KPI governance.
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools is highly preferred.
Experience preparing executive-level analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated success in leading process improvement, standardization, or planning maturity initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply, demand, capacity, procurement, inventory, and operational interdependencies.
Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to translate complex supply chain data into clear, actionable executive insights.
Experience mentoring colleagues and driving best practices within a planning organization.
Fluent English communication skills in an international business environment.
