Job Description

  • Responsible to produce pre and post contract deliverables
  • Responsible for total cost management and delivery in line with pre-tender estimation
  • Carry out cost management and contract administration duties for packages under administration
  • Estimating, measurement, bills of quantity production and cost planning activities
  • Responsible for the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
  • Responsible for the taking off quantity of the tendering project based on tender drawings and documents, sourcing quotation for supplier and sub-contractor where necessary
  • Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claim and assist in monthly projection cash flow
  • To produce monthly cost reports
  • Able to take a lead cost role interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
  • Review, analyse and produce variation order assessment, final account productions in post contract stage

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years experience in large scale infrastructure, utility, oil & has, petrochemical projects with a minimum construction cost of S$700mil
  • Board certified QS (SISV)
  • CSA or MEP experience
