ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Cost Controller, you will play a major role in ensuring the financial success of our projects. You will be responsible for all finance deliverables for a particular project or portfolio of projects. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining accurate and consistent cost tracking, managing accruals, and providing insightful variance explanations to the Finance department and project Board of Directors.

  • Oversee internal and external project cost status reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent cost tracking.
  • Manage accruals, forecasts, cash flow inputs, invoice handling, and preparation of requisitions.
  • Deliver variance explanations to the Finance department and Project Management team.
  • Develop and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Identify, analyze, and track cost changes versus sanctioned budgets.
  • Provide general Project Management support.

  • Proven experience in cost controlling,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
