You’ll be responsible for: Leads feasibility, procurement, cost planning and contract administration to ensure robust project delivery. Manages cost control, valuations, reporting and final account processes with clarity and accuracy. Oversees claims, change assessments and key project certifications through strong commercial governance. Guides and develops cost consultancy teams, driving process improvement, stakeholder engagement and sustainable outcomes. You’ll need to have: Proven experience in cost planning, contract management and commercial delivery across major projects. Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Degree in quantity surveying/cost management with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS). Solid knowledge of value engineering, life‑cycle costing and digital tools, with commitment to sustainability principles. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
