About the Role We are seeking a Senior Cost Engineer with deep expertise in cost management for large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at providing accurate forecasting and reporting to support project success. Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts Review and reconcile invoices, commitments, change orders, and allowances Prepare and maintain cost reports, variance analyses, and financial updates Perform cost-to-complete analysis based on contracts, expenditures, and trends Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in cost management systems Create tools and reports to communicate project performance clearly to stakeholders Qualifications 10+ years of cost engineering experience on large, complex construction projects, aviation experience a plus Proficiency in cost reporting systems (Prolog highly desirable; PM Web a plus) Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field Professional certification required (CCE, CCP, or equivalent); PMP or PE desirable Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Position Details Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week)
