THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Cost Estimator & Pricing Specialist (Cost & Pricing Analyst) to join our team. In this role, you will develop accurate cost estimates, manage pricing strategies for competitive bids, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll work directly with our President and CFO, influencing important business decisions that shape our success in the marketplace.

• Partner with engineering and production teams to build precise cost estimates for custom equipment.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and project risks to develop winning bid strategies.
• Use advanced analytical techniques to forecast future pricing trends and market conditions.
• Provide data-driven insights that guide business strategies and pricing decisions.
• Prepare and submit detailed pricing proposals for municipal wastewater treatment projects.
• Continuously refine estimation processes to optimize accuracy and profitability.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
