Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management accredited by the RICS MRICS or working towards chartership status Demonstration of self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure Commitment to continuous professional development Demonstrate an ability to build good relationships Good knowledge of specialised field, including construction processes and cost and commercial management NEC Contract experience Willingness to actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on projects typically ranging between £1m and £20m. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties
