Our client, a high profile and growing Winkler business is expanding its plant and international business and seeking a Senior Cost Analyst. This newly created position will play a key role in analyzing production costs, identifying cost saving opportunities and working closely with production, procurement and finance teams.

• Analyze and monitor product and operational costs across departments.
• Develop and maintain standard costing models for all product lines.
• Prepare cost variance reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to track material usage and labor efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Support pricing strategies by providing cost-based insights.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new and existing products.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Special projects within financial analysis and reporting.
