Description The San Francisco office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks a senior counsel with 8+ years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Significant experience in labor and employment law is required. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or familiarity with class action defense and PAGA related matters, but not required. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We expect to consider qualified candidates within the range of $220k-$250k; however, we do make hiring decisions based on each candidate’s unique experience, as well as additional factors. Must be admitted to practice in California. Remote working flexibilities are available.
