THE JOB

Omnidian is looking for a well-rounded Senior Counsel to support our growing Australian operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a mid- to senior-level legal professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys variety in their work, and is excited to help build a legal function with global reach. Reporting to our VP of Legal, you will act as the go-to legal advisor in Australia, partnering closely with business teams to drive growth, ensure compliance, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. If you’re aiming to grow into a General Counsel role one day and want broad exposure across commercial, corporate, privacy, and employment matters—this is your launchpad.
This will be a remote position, prioritizing candidates in AET to facilitate easier US/AUS meetings
