POSITION OVERVIEW:
TD Securities is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support across a variety of transaction banking and financing activities. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-performing environment, handling complex and broad-scope legal matters. You will play a key role in advising on transaction banking, corporate lending, and cash management transactions.
The successful candidate is lawyer with experience in Canadian transaction banking transactions at a large law firm and/or financial institution.
This position offers the opportunity for complex, challenging and rewarding work, with the opportunity to grow and develop legal skills.
