Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc. OR an Associate's Degree in a human service related field plus three years of experience in human services OR a High School Diploma/GED plus five years' experience in human services preferred. Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required. Must be able to be reached by phone and have a vehicle to transport and complete organization business. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing serious mental illness using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills a must.
