OUR TEAM:

We are looking for an outstanding marketing leader to drive the performance of our DE and NL markets through all marketing levers. Key areas of responsibility include the marketing roadmap, ad hoc cross-functional action plans, the promotional playbook, reporting, and performance analyses. The role reports into the Go-To-Market & Performance Director Europe, with one experienced direct report. It requires frequent interactions/alignment with peers as well as subject matter experts across Pricing, Promo, Channels, Media Planning, Site, Analytics, CRM, Brand, and Finance.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in an e-commerce environment;
  • Native German speaker with robust knowledge of the German marketing and digital ecosystem;
  • Dutch speaker a plus, as well as experience in PR and Social Media;
  • Understanding of marketing levers and how they work together in particular online channels, paid media, trade marketing and promotions;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Analytical skills with strong business sense;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different domains, including with executive leaders;
  • Strong influential and leadership skills to influence decisions beyond direct scope;
  • Ability to handle a large and diverse set of stakeholders for input/guidance or for influential purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Define and orchestrate actions across all marketing dimensions for your markets, and inform roadmaps beyond marketing (website experience, assortment expansion etc.);
  • Report on KPIs and articulate performance drivers;
  • Steer research and analyses, and socialize take-aways and implications;
  • Measure impact of actions and define implications;
  • Leverage and articulate insights from subject matter experts across the organization to inform go-to-market strategies.
