Job Title: Coupa Application Senior Consultant | Implementation & Support Location: Bangalore Job Type: [Full-time -Hybrid working ] Relevant Experience :3-5 yrs Role Overview : Experienced Coupa Consultant with hands-on expertise across coupa modules like invoicing and procurement . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Coupa solution Key Responsibilities: Lead or support Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure Coupa modules based on client needs and best practices. Provide day-to-day support for Coupa users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC , S4HANA) Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Manage supplier enablement, catalog uploads, and user access configurations. Monitor and optimize workflow approvals, compliance rules, and budget controls. Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides. Stay updated on Coupa product releases and recommend enhancements or new features Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Coupa configuration and support. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense Management processes. Experience with Coupa integrations using flat files, APIs, or middleware.
