We’re hiring a Senior Creative Designer to help shape how Arm shows up across the world - from bold digital campaigns to immersive event visuals and everything in between. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives on creative variety, brings strong visual instincts, and knows how to make complex ideas look simple and stunning.
Job Overview:
As part of Arm’s Brand and Creative team, you’ll lead the design of high-impact creative across brand, digital, print, and motion. Whether it’s a white paper, a product launch identity, or a global campaign, you’ll apply strategic thinking and strong craft to deliver work that builds brand equity and drives engagement. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional global team and help raise the creative bar for one of the world’s most respected tech brands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead concept and execution across digital, print, and motion design projects.
• Create cohesive visual systems across campaigns, platforms, and channels.
• Design everything from white papers and reports to social ads, event branding, and microsites.
• Collaborate with marketing, comms, events, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to and evolve Arm’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and help build a strong creative culture.
• Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Present and explain design decisions with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Strong, versatile design portfolio across print, digital, and brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Strong layout, typography, and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative attitude and strong presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Animation and video production experience.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and/or Sketch.
• Basic illustration or icon design skills.
• Experience in an agency or high-paced in-house team.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and prototyping tools.
