We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. What is this position about? As a Senior Creative Designer, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact creative solutions across multiple digital and marketing channels. With a strong digital-first mindset, the position supports brand initiatives by translating business and strategic needs into compelling visual design while ensuring full alignment with brand standards, creative vision, and best practices across digital platforms. Job Description Design creative assets across web (mobile/desktop), email, social, digital display, video, print, OOH, airport/jetbridge signage, sponsorships, collateral, and experiential assets. Ensure all work follows Brand Style Guidelines and Brand Voice Guidelines. Partner with copywriters and designers to build cohesive, on-brand creative. Present and review work in creative huddles to ensure guideline adherence and channel best practices. Review briefs and kickoff materials to understand business objectives and translate them into visual design. Apply digital-first thinking and best practices across creative execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas. Coordinate deliverables with business owners and project managers, managing timelines and workload across multiple projects. Qualifications Advanced experience in visual/graphic design, advertising, and integrated campaign production. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of design trends and content visualization best practices. Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (design, copy, business). Ability to prioritize, manage high workload, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. What about languages? You will need an advanced level of English for clear and effective communication with the team. How much experience must I have? At least 4 years of experience of specialized knowledge in visual/graphic design, advertising, and integrated campaign production.
