Description
At Dijitally, we’re partnering with Airwallex, a homegrown unicorn that’s redefining how businesses move money globally. As one of the world’s leading financial technology platforms, Airwallex empowers businesses of all sizes to grow across borders — fast, securely, and with ease. We’re now on the hunt for a Senior Creative Designer to help evolve and amplify the brand’s visual identity across digital, marketing, and product touchpoints. If you’re a design thinker who loves turning big ideas into pixel-perfect creative, and you’re excited to work with a fast-paced, scaling global brand — this one’s for you! The Opportunity As a Senior Designer embedded in the Airwallex team (via Dijitally), you’ll work across brand campaigns, marketing materials, digital experiences, and internal initiatives. You’ll bring a high level of craft, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to flex across concepting and execution. This is a hands-on opportunity in a global environment — ideal for someone who’s both detail-oriented and ideas-driven. This role blends concepting and execution, so we’re looking for someone who can own a brief from idea through to rollout. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (like Growth, Product, Marketing, and Sales) to deliver high-impact design work that informs, inspires, and drives results. Key Responsibilities: · Design high-quality creative across campaign, product, brand, and internal touchpoints. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product) to deliver solutions that support business goals and resonate with a business audience. · Translate complex, B2B-focused ideas into compelling visual communications that reflect Airwallex’s role as a trusted financial technology partner. · Work confidently across a variety of formats — from decks and social to landing pages, one-pagers, and motion. · Maintain and evolve brand systems, templates, and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency at a global scale. · Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance data, and shifting priorities. · Own design projects from concept through to rollout, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and alignment with the Airwallex brand. · Contribute to creative reviews, team critiques, and help foster a positive, collaborative design culture. Who You Are: Like us, you’re passionate about delivering exceptional creative work that drives engagement and results. · 6–9 years of experience in visual design or creative communications — ideally within a creative agency or with exposure to high-growth, B2B or tech brands. · A strong portfolio that shows creative range, technical polish, and strategic thinking. · Solid design fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, hierarchy — and the ability to apply them with purpose. · A proactive, collaborative mindset with a high level of attention to detail. · Confidence working across digital formats, especially presentation design, sales enablement assets, and marketing collateral tailored to business clients. · Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Bonus points for motion or interactive experience (but not essential). The Role & Working Environment This is initially a Fixed Term Contract through to the end of 2026. You’ll work in a hybrid setup: primarily remote, with in-office collaboration at Airwallex’s Sydney office. You’ll be joining a growing team of talented creatives who care deeply about design craft, clarity, and making work that drives real business outcomes.
Responsibilities
