THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Senior Creative Lead to manage and inspire our talented Digital Design and Print Design teams, ensuring exceptional creative work is delivered across every customer touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life and developing others. You'll oversee the day-to-day output of two specialist teams, helping to prioritise projects, maintain brand consistency and support designers to produce their best work. In reality, this means leading the creation of everything from social media assets, digital campaign graphics and product-focused content, through to point-of-sale materials, brochures, in-store graphics and retail backdrops. You'll work closely with Brand, Marketing and Creative stakeholders to make sure every piece of creative reflects our brands beautifully and is delivered to a high standard. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the creative process, balancing people leadership with hands-on collaboration and problem-solving. You'll enjoy the variation of the exciting buzz of our stunning head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Lead and manage the day-to-day workload of the Digital Design and Print Design teams, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered on time. Support, mentor and develop designers, creating an environment where creativity, collaboration and continuous learning thrive. Review and guide creative output, ensuring all work is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered to a consistently high standard. Oversee the creation of digital assets, including: Social media graphics Product-focused social content GIF-style assets and animations Paid media creative Promotional campaign assets Digital content featuring imagery with layered typography and messaging Oversee the creation of print and physical design assets, including: Point-of-sale materials Brochures and printed collateral Store backdrop graphics In-store signage and display assets Wholesale and event materials Other customer-facing printed touchpoints Work closely with Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions. Collaborate with the Art Director and wider Creative team to ensure consistency across campaigns and launches. Provide clear feedback and guidance throughout projects, helping the team deliver their strongest work. Help improve processes and ways of working to support efficiency and collaboration across the department. Support creative projects across additional brands within the business when required. THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING Proven experience in a senior graphic design, creative lead or design management role. Previous experience managing, mentoring or coaching designers. Strong understanding of both digital content creation and print production, with a portfolio demonstrating work across both areas. Experience creating or overseeing social-first creative and marketing assets. Knowledge of print processes and designing for physical environments and collateral. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. A collaborative, positive approach with strong communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
