Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Boost Brand Affinity: Generate increased brand affinity, awareness, and consideration among customers.
  • Encourage Loyalty: Inspire existing customers to shop with us more often and attract new customers to consider Dunelm.
  • Champion Our Brand: Support our brand platform, The Home of Homes, across all channels—from ATL to organic social—with consistent creative and a unified tone of voice.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with the Commercial, Digital Trading, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless promotion of our fantastic product offering.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Champion Creativity: Guide creative output from concept to toolkit development and execution, ensuring creativity shines at every stage.
  • Lead with Vision: Oversee creative ideation and art direction across multichannel campaigns and seasonal activities, managing shoots at our in-house studio and, when needed, on location.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure your team delivers campaigns that are on brand and on time.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, art directors, motion artists, marketing managers, and channel leads.
  • Maintain Consistency: Keep our brand guidelines up-to-date and share them with the team.
  • Build Talent: Develop a pool of freelance talent to support our creative needs.
  • Support and Collaborate: Brief and work alongside external agencies to bring our vision to life.
  • Nurture Growth: Line-manage three Design Managers, championing their development and supporting their career aspirations, while mentoring juniors to build a high-performing culture.
  • Celebrate Creativity: Champion the creative work produced by your team, presenting and celebrating it within the business.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and nurture strong working relationships across functions and with stakeholders.
