SENIOR CREATIVE PRACTICE ASSOCIATE MANAGER X 2:

On behalf of our Brand & Corporate Sponsorship client, Procom is searching for a Senior Creative Practice Associate Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

SENIOR CREATIVE PRACTICE ASSOCIATE MANAGER X 2 - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves managing multiple creative projects within the credit cards or insurance line of business. The role focuses on driving world-class creative quality and brand consistency, enhancing brand awareness and consideration through strategic advice, expert creative guidance, and proficient project management.

SENIOR CREATIVE PRACTICE ASSOCIATE MANAGER X 2 - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in advertising.
  • Proficient in writing and evaluating creative briefs.
  • Subject matter expertise across digital, social, and retail print platforms.
  • Strong brand management skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Project management acumen with effective time management.
  • Bilingual in French/English strongly preferred.

SENIOR CREATIVE PRACTICE ASSOCIATE MANAGER X 2 – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Agency experience, preferably as an account supervisor.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and digital advertising landscape.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and consult on Tier 2 and 3 integrated campaigns, including communication strategy development.
  • Support the creation of OLV shoots and other production requirements.
  • Develop and oversee creative briefs for campaign work.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns.
  • Foster agency collaboration and drive efficiency.
  • Build relationships with key partners to influence business strategies.
  • Manage line of business Scope of Work and retainer utilization.
