Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the Creative Visionary: Lead the charge in producing high-impact promotional videos and imagery that captivate audiences and drive engagement across all in-flight entertainment channels.
  • Own the Brand Story: Ensure every asset reflects our clients’ brand identity, working closely with copywriters, designers, and editors to create a cohesive and compelling narrative.
  • Drive Production Excellence: Manage the end-to-end production of monthly Marcomms cycles, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and above expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Best: Work alongside talented creatives, account managers, and external partners to bring your vision to life.

THE ROLE

  • Content curation: Collaborate with the account team to identify and select the most engaging content for inclusion in Marcomms assets, optimising for audience preferences and marketing objectives.
  • Client communication: Secure necessary content from entertainment studios and clients, managing the approval process for all final deliverables and ensuring clear communication throughout.
  • Production management: Lead the end-to-end production of monthly Marcomms cycles, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Content creation: Contribute to script development and copywriting for Marcomms assets, ensuring compelling and brand-aligned messaging, and produce static images for use across comms channels.
  • Quality control: Implement and oversee a rigorous quality control process for all Marcomms assets, identifying and resolving any errors or inconsistencies to maintain brand standards.
  • Team collaboration: Present work and feedback to the rest of the team, facilitating constructive discussions and collaborating on necessary revisions.
  • Studio operations: Manage studio time and team schedules to optimize productivity and ensure timely delivery of assets, acting as the primary point of contact for studio-related inquiries.
