Senior Creative Strategist – Content & AI 📍 Bangalore | 5–8 Years Experience At Virallens, we partner with brands across consumer, education, finance, legal, institutional and other structured sectors to build meaningful, insight-led campaigns. Many of the categories we work in are complex and regulated. Creativity in these spaces requires clarity of thought, cultural intelligence and strong narrative discipline. We are looking for a senior creative professional who can translate business objectives into compelling campaign territories and execution-ready ideas and who is comfortable leveraging AI-enabled workflows to enhance creative output. This is a strategic creative role with end-to-end ownership from insight and concept to script, visualisation and execution. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Concept Development Interpret client briefs and identify underlying business challenges Develop campaign territories, messaging frameworks and narrative directions Translate cultural and behavioural insights into structured creative concepts Build ideas that scale across social, performance and video Present and articulate strategic thinking to internal and client stakeholders Elevate brands in traditional and regulated industries through thoughtful storytelling Adapt messaging for international audiences, including the US, when required Scriptwriting & Narrative Development Write scripts for short-form video, digital campaigns and brand films Develop clear, structured storytelling formats Establish and maintain brand voice across diverse categories Simplify complex subject matter without losing credibility Visualisation & AI-Enabled Execution Think in scenes, sequences and visual logic Develop shot breakdowns and structured storyboards Use AI tools to prototype concepts, accelerate iteration and support production Collaborate closely with designers, editors and performance teams to deliver high-quality final assets Cultural Intelligence & Market Awareness Demonstrate awareness of evolving platform behaviour and audience psychology Apply cultural nuance appropriately across markets Particularly understand tone and context for US-facing communication when required Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in agency or brand-side creative roles Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking and script development Experience working with structured, regulated or traditional industries Clear conceptual thinker with the ability to articulate strategic rationale Confident presenter and collaborator Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation Experience working with US clients or global brands is advantageous What We Offer Exposure to diverse categories across domestic and international markets Opportunity to work on strategically driven, insight-led campaigns A collaborative environment that values rigor, craft and cultural relevance Competitive compensation aligned with experience If you are a senior creative professional who values structured thinking, strong narrative development and evolving creative technologies, we invite you to apply.
