Printfresh is a fast-growing DTC sleepwear and lifestyle brand known for vibrant, original prints and a fiercely loyal customer base. We're scaling aggressively and need a creative strategist who can help us get there through performance creative that actually converts. Position Overview: You'll own the creative strategy for our paid media program, bridging the gap between brand storytelling and direct-response performance. This isn't a media buying role- you'll be the person who figures out what to say, how to say it, and why it works, and proves it with data. You'll work closely with our in-house creative team, our out-of-house Meta agency, and leadership to develop high-volume, high-performing ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Develop 20-25+ ad concepts per week across formats (static, video, UGC briefs, carousels) Research competitors, trends, customer reviews, ad libraries, Reddit, and social comments to mine insights Write creative briefs that give designers and video editors clear direction Analyze ad performance data to identify what's working and why — then iterate Build and maintain a creative testing framework (hook variants, angles, formats) Collaborate with the brand/creative team to ensure performance creative stays on-brand Present weekly creative performance recaps with clear insights and next steps 5+ years in performance creative / creative strategy for DTC brands Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad creative Proven track record of ads that scaled past $10K+/day in spend High-volume output mindset, you can ideate fast without sacrificing quality Deep understanding of direct-response principles (hooks, angles, CTAs, social proof) Comfort with data, you can read a dashboard and translate metrics into creative decisions Portfolio or examples of winning ad concepts you personally developed Nice-to-Haves Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or CPG brands Familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest ad formats Experience with UGC creator management and briefing Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO Experience with creative analytics tools (Motion, Triple Whale, Haus, etc.) What We Offer Full-time position with hybrid flexibility (in-office Tuesday–Thursday) Health and dental insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee discount on all Printfresh products About Our Culture At Printfresh, we celebrate creativity, sustainability, and a customer-first mindset.
