We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with deep, hands-on experience leading large-scale Meta performance campaigns for 9-figure CPG brands. This is not a trend-spotting or junior scripting role. We need a high-level performance operator who understands how creative directly drives revenue, lowers CPA, expands TAM, and unlocks scalable growth inside complex ad accounts. You should have direct experience building and leading creative strategy within large Meta accounts, collaborating closely with media buyers, and producing ideas that have materially impacted revenue at scale.
