REQUIREMENTS

As Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll own the strategic creative function that drives client growth. This is a leadership position where your decisions directly influence millions in ad spend and determine the trajectory of our clients’ businesses.

  • Lead Monthly Creative Strategy: Own the development and delivery of monthly creative roadmaps for our premium client portfolio, ensuring all activity is aligned to performance KPIs and wider business objectives.
  • Drive Creative Performance: Continually optimise creative within Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, using data-led insights to improve key metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Design and Implement Testing Frameworks: Build and manage structured creative testing systems that identify winning concepts, scale proven formats, and reduce wasted spend.
  • Oversee Creative Briefing and Production: Write high-quality briefs for UGC creators, performance editors, and designers, then direct production across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to ensure assets meet both creative and performance standards.
  • Own the Data-to-Creative Feedback Loop: Use tools such as Atria, Motion, Meta, and Triple Whale to extract insights, translate them into clear recommendations, and feed them back into creative development.
  • Innovate with Hooks, Messaging, and Formats: Develop fresh approaches to creative angles, messaging, and ad formats based on performance trends, market shifts, and audience psychology.

Build Scalable Creative Systems: Codify best practices, streamline workflows, and implement processes that enable faster, more efficient creative output without sacrificing quality.

REQUIREMENTS:



    • At least 3 years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative fore-commerce brands, ideally within a high-growth agency environment.

    • Mastery of creative testing methodologies and a deep understanding of performance metrics and consumer psychology.
    • Expert knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms, along with experience creating conversion optimised content.
    • A proven track record of writing compelling creative briefs, ad copy, and scripts across multiple formats.
    • Extensive experience managing UGC creator relationships and overseeing creative production workflows.
    • Strong analytical skills. You do not just report numbers, you uncover the strategic story behind the data.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
    • A track record of presenting creative strategy to C-level executives or senior stakeholders.
    • Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools and emerging video production technologies.
