Build and nurture direct relationships with content creators and talent, acting as a strategic partner to amplify authentic brand storytelling. Blend social culture, platform fluency, and creator insights to inform campaign strategy and execution. Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Develop and execute paid media strategies within creator campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance measurement. Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Drive internal alignment through storytelling, stakeholder education, and regular sharing of best practices. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience developing and executing creator and influencer campaigns, ideally for Business to Business or technology brands. 3+ years of experience building and managing direct relationships with creators and talent. 3+ years of experience with social media platforms, creator culture, and audience engagement strategies. 3+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using data and analytics tools. 3+ years of experience developing and executing paid media strategies within creator campaigns. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 5+ years collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams in a corporate or agency setting.
