Job Description The Senior Credit Analyst will be a key member of the Structured Loans Department, which is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and Real Estate companies across Europe. Primary Responsibilities After sourcing of a deal opportunity by Origination team, the Credit team shall: Analyse, prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee; Support and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities; Take an active role and participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships; Review loan documentation together with the legal team; Draft term sheets and engagement letters; Anticipate any credit deterioration through active monitoring of borrowers using digital technology; Participate in the portfolio and borrower companies monitoring. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private debt fund; Knowledge of loan products and/or bonds and French law; Strong analytical and writing skills; Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills; Good communication skills; Fluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of an additional language would be an asset); Result-driven; Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
