Responsibilities


As a core member of the MENA Corporate Banking team you will:


  • Assist Corporate Banking professionals in relationship management, origination and execution across a range of products
  • Support the growth agenda by helping to identify, target and onboard new MENA clients
  • Prepare pitch materials, including detailed corporate finance analysis
  • Support the marketing and execution of range of products including bonds, loans, leases, FX, rates and treasury solutions
  • Help to coordinate client engagement globally, and across full product suite
  • Ensure a confident knowledge of our clients, the industries in which they operate and how the bank helps support their strategic and day to day needs
  • Work with our credit and risk partners as it relates to our client engagements
  • Partner with Investment Banking teams on client coverage and origination

  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Ambitious, with a desire to succeed
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid corporate finance and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking product set
  • Familiarity with MENA region/clients is a plus

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new client relationships, engaging prospective Accredited Investors, presenting company-approved financial and investment solutions, and supporting clients throughout the documentation and onboarding process.

Senior candidates may also be given the opportunity to build, lead, and manage their own sales teams.

Experience in financial services, wealth management, investment products, insurance, banking, or other regulated financial products would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business and sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified investors
  • Conduct professional presentations on company-approved financial and investment products
  • Understand prospective clients’ objectives and introduce suitable opportunities in accordance with applicable company procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients and support them throughout the engagement process
  • Prepare, collect, and submit sales-related forms, contracts, and client documentation
  • Coordinate with the company’s operations, management, compliance, and administrative teams to facilitate client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, activities, appointments, and sales progress
  • Attend company meetings, training sessions, seminars, networking functions, and client events
  • Work towards assigned individual sales and business development targets
  • Comply with all applicable company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements
