JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Credit Controller your primary responsibility is to manage and mitigate rental and non-rental arrears within YPP. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that tenants meet their financial obligations, thereby contributing to the financial health and stability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

TENANT EDUCATION:

Provide tenants with information on financial management and budgeting to prevent future arrears.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Previous experience in property management, financial services, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of relevant housing laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
