Job Description

Manage all tasks related of our security loan business:

• Conduct operational reviews, manage communication and documentation of all margin calls
• Analyse the development of security and loan values within our credit portfolios
• Partner with our Client Success team to answer credit operations related questions with your expertise
• Coordinate with other stakeholders such as Risk Management or Product Management on new risk reporting requirements
• Prepare daily credit reports and deliver weekly and ad-hoc status updates to senior management

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of credit operationsParticipate in key committees, sharing data-driven insights and feedback to inform decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have relevant experience in a credit-related operational role, ideally at a neo-bank or in FinTech
• You are comfortable in working with large amounts of data and you have experience in data analysis
• You are able to navigate database management systems such as Metabase with ease
• You have a strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• You know how to prioritise and ensure deadlines are met
• You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• You follow a detail-oriented, highly motivated work approachYou are either based in Munich or Berlin
