We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Captive Finance team. In this role, you will have a major impact on how we assess, price and grow our consumer credit portfolio. YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, financial management or a comparable course of study
  • Ideally knowledge of Python, Redash, data analytical tools
  • Relevant experience in credit analysis, pricing and risk management
  • Understanding of consumer finance regulation and product design
  • Experience in the role as a Team lead or personnel responsibilities
  • Working detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in English, while knowledge of German is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop market leading pricing models to ensure we optimise our risk / reward structure
  • Drive development of consumer finance products for new product types amd markets
  • Analyze and evaluate loan tapes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough back-testing of existing pricing and scoring models to assess validity of returns and identify areas for enhancement
  • Provide expert recommendations for policy and pricing improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Work closely with the Credit Operations and Risk Management team to implement new policies, products and work instructions
  • Ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency
  • Enhancing the overall return of the portfolio
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
