In this role, you will be responsible for developing dashboards and analytical insights that provide clear explanations of portfolio trends, identify emerging risks, and highlight key performance drivers. You will regularly deliver thorough and compelling analysis to executive leadership, offering a comprehensive view of portfolio performance and risk dynamics. Additionally, you will champion data integrity, ensuring that every metric and analytical output adheres to the highest standards of quality.

You’ll provide input on the design and implementation of origination strategies, helping to deliver robust credit scoring models, and developing decisioning frameworks that maximise profitable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to integrate intelligent credit policies and enhance automation across processes. Striking an effective balance between risk and reward, you will actively support the company’s ambitious growth targets while ensuring that all activities remain within the agreed risk appetite.
