OUR TEAM

Our Business Credit Risk team plays a pivotal role in shaping our lending strategy across Business lending. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team and help us innovate and continue to grow responsibly while ensuring our lending meets customer needs and regulatory standards

• Supporting the Credit Risk Manager by producing meaningful insights and analysis to understand emerging portfolio trends across the Business portfolio.
• Implementing new ways of monitoring and identifying trends, strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio, driving efficiency and automation in our approach.
• Working collaboratively with Credit Risk, Commercial, Finance and Operational colleagues to identify improvements that maintain regulatory compliance, improve efficiency, or provides additional value to the business.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, rationalising processes, improving sophistication and addressing complexity across all aspects of managing the portfolio.
• Maintaining internal governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring they are embedded in the business to promote good risk practices.
