Description

Responsibilities: preparing, reviewing, and submitting financial and regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and reporting deadlines.
supports the organization’s statutory financial reporting activities by preparing accurate financial statements, regulatory returns, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reporting schedules.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting notes.
Ensure financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies.
Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory returns.
Assist with year-end closing and statutory reporting activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in statutory reporting, financial accounting, audit, or related roles.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience with Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or part-qualified status is an advantage.
