Job Description: * Formulate credit risk strategies, policies and measures to strengthen credit risk management; * Assess the impact from regulatory and market changes to enhance credit risk management strategies and policies; * Supervise the implementation of credit risk policies and measures; * Conduct due diligence for new credit products for corporate clients; * Coordinate regulatory and audit examinations; * Deliver training to satisfy the needs of relevant parties; * Handle other duties as assigned Requirements: * Degree holder or above in Banking and Finance, Risk Management or related fields. * At least 6 years of relevant experience in banking. Candidate with less experience will be considered as manager. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Independent, self-motive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
