Join Us and Make an Impact.  As a Senior Credit Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will manage credit risk, ensure timely receivables collection, and lead a team to optimize cash flow. Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to assess and mitigate credit risk.   Key Responsibilities: * Supervise a team of credit management professionals and provide guidance and support * Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through in-depth analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other pertinent information * Establish and regularly review credit limits for customers based on a comprehensive risk assessment * Monitor credit exposure and implement proactive measures to mitigate credit risk * Collaborate with sales teams to assess credit risk for new business opportunities * Review and approve credit terms and conditions for new and existing customers * Resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary   Key Experience & Capabilities: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a related role. * Proven experience in evaluating creditworthiness and establishing credit limits. * Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements. * Strong understanding of credit terms and conditions. * Ability to analyze credit reports and other relevant financial information. * Exceptional negotiation and dispute-resolution skills. * Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Proficiency in using credit management software and tools.   We Value:  * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Professional certification in credit management (e.g., Certified Credit Executive). * Experience in managing credit risk in a global or multinational organization. * Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management. * Proven experience in implementing credit management best practices and process improvements. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Experience in using data analytics and reporting tools for credit management.       Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
