Description
Serve as an operations specialist in one of the major areas of CE operations (e.g., electrical, mechanical, controllers, generators) and work on advanced tasks independently. Regularly inspect and supervise facility equipment related to the critical environment (e.g., controllers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning [HVAC], mechanical systems), building, and grounds for unsafe or abnormal conditions and intensify them according to applicable policies and standards. Use the in-house computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track all equipment assets and to complete work order requests for maintenance jobs. Be able to quickly and safely manage any on-site incidents and know how to interface with the incident management control center relating to all abnormal conditions that affect the normal operation of the entire plant, knowing how to coordinate with professionals of critical facilities to perform corrective repairs, without supervision. Follow pre-existing Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in relation to CE operations and incidents, and be able to improve them accordingly or develop new ones. Under minimal supervision, perform various types of maintenance (e.g., planned, predictive, corrective) and repairs following procedure methods (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for one or more types of equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, cooling systems), corrective procedures. Have a practical understanding of how equipment works and how to troubleshoot equipment, systems, subsystems, and components independently within their training discipline. Experience of work/applied learning experience in mission-critical services (e.g., assembly/manufacturing/environmental critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or related industries) OR equivalent experience. Ability to work shifts, including shift assignments during non-standard working hours which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and experience in mission-critical services (e.g., assembly/manufacturing/environmental critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries) OR Associate's degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school) or higher equivalent education and experience in mission-critical services (e.g., assembly/manufacturing/environmental critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries) Or equivalent experience. Expert in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams.
