Description

Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed business and technical analysis for complex enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
Proven experience with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modelling, user story creation, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of data modelling, system integration concepts, and API documentation standards.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills to drive consensus and support cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, including use of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and ecosystems (e.g., compute, storage, networking, identity, integration), applied within complex enterprise design contexts.
