LONDON OR MILAN (HYBRID, 40% IN OFFICE)

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Senior CRM Executive to join our CRM Campaigns team, focusing on the Spanish market. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CRM principles, who is passionate about customer retention and driving commercial impact through well-planned, data-informed campaigns.
You will play a key part in shaping and executing CRM strategies by working closely with multiple stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, and Data. While this role is less hands-on technically, you will be responsible for planning, ideating, and managing CRM campaigns, ensuring clear communication and alignment between the teams within the CRM function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, dynamic environment where your strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills will directly influence customer engagement, retention and business growth.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a CRM function in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to email, push and in-app message formats.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and retention concepts and how they integrate within broader marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with major CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign is a plus, though hands-on experience is not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in campaign planning and ideation rather than hands-on technical execution.
  • Passionate about customer retention and delivering engaging, relevant customer communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality. Cares about and takes pride in their outputs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, multi-location team environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Able to deliver under pressure.
  • Intellectually curious, passionate and always looking for new opportunities. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Has a willingness to learn and experience ongoing personal growth.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative. Likes to bring ideas to the table.
  • Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential; a good understanding of the Spanish market is beneficial.
