YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR CRM CONSULTANT

Are you an experienced CRM professional who thrives on building CRM programs from the ground up? Do you have a proven track record of driving CRM maturity in organizations and delivering measurable business impact? Curamando is looking for a Senior CRM Consultant who can lead the design and implementation of CRM strategies, with deep expertise in email marketing, segmentation, and marketing automation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead CRM program development: Assess CRM maturity, define strategic roadmaps, and lead the implementation of CRM programs tailored to client needs.
  • Stakeholder management & leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning CRM initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational change.
  • KPI setting & performance measurement: Define clear, actionable KPIs for all CRM activities and campaigns. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on performance to ensure objectives are met and to drive ongoing optimization.
  • Email marketing strategy & execution: Design, segment, and execute advanced email marketing campaigns, including hands-on creation, testing, and optimization.
  • Marketing automation: Architect and manage sophisticated email marketing automation flows, leveraging best practices for segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven decision making: Analyze campaign performance, segment customer data, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Change management & training: Guide, mentor, and train internal teams to adopt CRM best practices, tools, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Tool selection & implementation: Advise on, select, and implement CRM and email marketing tools suitable for organizations with low CRM maturity.
  • Thought leadership: Stay up-to-date with CRM and email marketing trends, and contribute to knowledge sharing within Curamando and with clients.
