Job Description Main tasks and goals: User support for CRM BP and CRM CE; Training on the CRM tool; Business responsible for evolutionary maintenance (testing and change management support) / Key contact for BPCE IT; Possible deployment to the region for any reinforcement needs; Support during peak periods for campaigns – backup for CRM campaign manager BP/CE; Management of CRM projects (In support of the Team Leader). Qualifications Marketing or Project Management degree; CRM (Adobe Campaign) - good knowledge; Fluent in French an English (minimum B2). Flexible; Communicative; Reactive; Organized.
