Accepting applications until: 1 December 2025 Job Description As a Senior CRM Executive, Local Sales Marketing at Global, you will: Campaign Delivery & CRM Operations (50%) Build and schedule CRM campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery. Support the end-to-end delivery of nurture, reactivation, and trading-led campaigns, optimising workflows and improving speed-to-market. Ensure campaigns are properly targeted and data-driven through smart use of segmentation, dynamic content, and testing. Support the B2B Content & Comms Manager in the National Marketing team Content Creation & Copywriting (30%) Write, proof, and edit clear, engaging CRM copy that reflects Global’s tone of voice and resonates with SME and regional advertisers. ·Work with the Manager to develop creative assets, liaising with designers or using templates to produce visually strong, on-brand emails. Adapt messaging to align with campaign objectives, sector priorities, and audience insights Reporting & Continuous Improvement (20%) Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion. Help maintain data quality and segmentation within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency. What Success Looks Like In your first few months, you’ll have: - Delivered multiple CRM campaigns with precision and creativity. Developed engaging content and email templates that elevate Global’s B2B communications. Improved campaign performance through testing and reporting. Built confidence using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. What You’ll Need Hands-on Campaign Experience: Comfortable building, scheduling, and testing CRM campaigns, ideally using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or similar platforms. Strong Content Skills: Able to write concise, engaging, and commercially focused content, with a creative eye for visuals and layout. Detail-Oriented & Organised: Excellent at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Collaborative & Eager to Learn: A self-starter who works well with others and keen to grow in CRM and marketing automation. Data-Savvy: Understands segmentation, targeting, and how to use insights to drive improvement. Confident using data and reporting tools to evaluate performace.
