We are looking for a highly organized and proactive (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you will manage CRM campaigns for SIXT rent across global markets, working closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Academic Background You have successfully completed a degree in (Digital) Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar
  • Knowledge You have several years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign execution
  • Mindset You bring a structured, operational mindset paired with the curiosity to innovate and improve existing strategies
  • Skills You posses strong internal stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Tools You have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar softwares
  • Language You are fully proficient in English

Responsibilities
  • You coordinate and execute CRM campaigns for SIXT rent across corporate and franchise markets
  • You act as the main PoC for internal stakeholders from product, engineering, data, and local marketing teams
  • You translate stakeholder requirements into actionable briefs and ensure smooth execution of email and push campaigns
  • You challenge and optimize existing CRM practices in terms of campaign frequency, segmentation, and content planning
  • You contribute to the CRM content calendar with creative campaign ideas tailored to audience needs and business objectives
  • You work with analytics teams to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
