Responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Manager for GuitarTuna, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy for GuitarTuna, balancing initiatives to increase DAU and maximize revenue through user retention, upsell, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing roadmap: onboarding, engagement, win-back, and monetization flows across email, push, in-app messaging, and emerging channels.
  • Design, launch, and optimize segmented, personalized campaigns using data insights, behavioral triggers, and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and growth teams to align CRM initiatives with feature releases, content drops, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance against key KPIs (DAU, LTV, conversion, churn, ARPU), and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new tactics to unlock incremental engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure CRM best practices, compliance, and deliverability across all channels and regions
