Job Description Main tasks and goals: Liaison for the marketing project managers in Paris; Liaison for operational activities with the Team Leader; Supervises and develops the skills of the CRM campaign assistants; Is responsible for the campaigns and assures their quality; Monitors KPIs and create performance reports for the campaigns. Qualifications Marketing or Business and Economics; CRM - good knowledge; Fluent in English and French (minimum B2); Rigorous; Organized; Communicative; Altruistic. Responsibilities
The Senior CRM Marketing Officer will act as a liaison for marketing project managers and operational activities, while supervising CRM campaign assistants. They will also be responsible for the quality of campaigns and monitoring KPIs to create performance reports.
