Responsibilities
  • Maintain, support, configure, and enhance complex Oracle Siebel Public Sector solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel integration issues with systems including PEP, ONE-KEY, ERDMS, Oracle Service Cloud, and ArcGIS.
  • Configure and develop Siebel integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST), EAI, EIM, and Siebel Open UI.
  • Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
  • Design and prototype solutions and conduct performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including build books, data models, and integration specs.
  • Collaborate with LRC teams, architects, and project managers to support solution delivery.
  • Conduct and support data migration and integration using ETL processes.
  • Ensure solutions meet AODA and OPS digital design principles and web accessibility guidelines.
  • Recommend tools and practices to optimize Siebel development, scalability, and code management.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and develop test scripts.
  • Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Release Readiness (RR), and LOV migration processes.
  • Lead and participate in knowledge transfer activities and documentation handoff.
