Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to join our CRM team in Berlin. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us grow and engage our audience by optimizing CRM channels, driving traffic to the app & web and ensuring our communication strategies deliver maximum impact and value to our users. You will be reporting directly to the Head of CRM.
Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic CRM Planning: Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring maximum user retention and engagement.
  • Lifecycle Automation: Design and execute automated campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, focusing on key lifecycle stages such as onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
  • AI-Powered Solutions: Leverage AI tools to build automations, solve complex problems, and save time, ensuring efficient workflows and innovative solutions.
  • Innovative Revenue Opportunities: Explore and develop creative strategies to generate new revenue streams by collaborating with the commercial team and leveraging CRM channels to maximize value for our partners and users.
  • Newsletter Growth: Drive initiatives to grow newsletter subscribers through creative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance and build reporting assets with the data team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals.
