Description
Company Description At Enpal, we are not just a company; we are a movement. As a recognized greentech unicorn and one of Europe’s fastest-growing energy companies, we’re dedicated to making solar energy accessible and effortless for homeowners across the continent. Our innovative business model for solar panels, heat pumps, home energy storage systems, and EV charging stations is redefining the residential energy market. With our mission to empower homeowners to embrace clean energy, we are paving the way for a sustainable, decentralized energy future. Job Description Become a valuable part of our team: Contribute to exciting CRM‑driven projects as a key member of our Platform Team and gain hands‑on experience with modern revenue‑technology operations. Contribute to impactful initiatives: Work closely on workflow automation, tool integrations, and CRM process optimization within Pipedrive. Drive end‑to‑end projects: Manage your own initiatives from initial concept through development to successful rollout, ensuring business teams benefit from scalable CRM solutions. Apply analytical skills: Quickly identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in sales and operations processes, and develop innovative, data‑driven solutions together with stakeholders. Take ownership: Plan, design, and execute cross‑departmental programs and improvements that enhance our technological and operational landscape. CRM configuration & automation: Build and optimize Pipedrive pipelines, custom fields, automations, permission structures, and integrations that support our teams’ workflows. Data quality & reporting: Maintain clean CRM data, create dashboards and reports, and ensure reliable insights for decision‑makers. Work with databases and technology: Apply your knowledge of relational databases and JavaScript, as well as APIs and tools like Make or Airtable, to support our automation and integration initiatives. Close collaboration: Support multiple departments and contribute actively to Enpal’s growth strategy through efficient CRM and process enablement. Qualifications A completed degree ideally in a technology-related field such as Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline — or comparable experience gained through a coding bootcamp or technical training. 1–2 years of professional experience or multiple internships in areas such as startups, CRM management, low‑code automation, or related fields. Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive (or other CRMs) including configuration, workflow automation, pipeline setup, custom fields, user management, and integrations. Knowledge of JavaScript and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), as well as automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) and data tools such as Airtable, are a strong plus. High level of proactivity, solution orientation, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation. Willingness to take full ownership of projects, especially in digital environments, and to work independently with strong self‑management. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail paired with a can‑do attitude that motivates both yourself and the team. German language skills ideally at B2 level. Even if you don’t meet all the criteria above, we encourage you to apply. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our team, and we foster a culture of learning, development, and growth.
