Title: Senior Cultural Transformation Manager, Advisory & Consulting We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Lead to spearhead the Cultural Transformation in our Consulting & Advisory practice with a two-pronged strategy. Firstly, this leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering sustainability, safety, and operational excellence across industries such as energy, construction, manufacturing, shipbuilding, and renewables. Secondly, the successful candidate will deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance organizational performance. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, consulting expertise, and hands-on experience in leading large-scale cultural transformation programs. Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will work within the Global Advisory & Consulting team, in close collaboration with the organisation’s vast engineering, technology, and scientific resource base. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Spearhead cultural transformation programs aligned with sustainability, safety, and operational excellence goals across complex industrial environments in Asia. Consulting Delivery: Design and implement tailored advisory solutions that address client-specific challenges and unlock performance potential. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, frontline leaders, and cross-functional teams to foster alignment and commitment to transformation initiatives. Program Management: Lead large-scale change programs from inception to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Capability Building: Develop and deliver training, coaching, and enablement strategies that embed new behaviors and mindsets across organizations. Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and best practices in cultural transformation and operational excellence. Job Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's in business administration/organizational psychology/industrial engineering or MBA with a focus on Change Management/ Organizational Development preferred. 15+ years of experience in consulting, organizational development, or change management. Proven leadership in leading cultural transformation initiatives within industrial sectors. Strong understanding of sustainability, safety, and operational excellence principles. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
